Incorporated within the property’s open-plan living space the kitchen is fitted with both a gas and induction hob, a microwave and a fridge freezer. This area is also furnished with a dining table and a comfortable sofa. Outside, the garden boasts a large hot tub where guests can relax after a full day of exploring and an alfresco lounge area with BBQ facilities and a dining table located on a separate terrace. The house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and numerous walking trails, leading to forest paths, an old mill on the river below and many waterfalls nearby. In the summer guests can head to the coast and visit the nearby coastal cities of Portorož (a 30-minute drive), Piran (a 38-minute drive), Izola (a 25-minute drive), and Koper (a 22-minute drive) for shopping and it’s nearby Žusterna Beach. Other popular excursions include a visit to the oldest Lipizzaner horse stud farm in Europe, (a 40-minute drive) or a trip to explore the Postojna cave (a 45-minute drive) The closest international airport is Aeroporto di Trieste - Friuli Venezia Giulia, (TSF) in Italy approximately a one-hour drive away.
